Everything Kibble claims, checkable in a couple of minutes. Every number is computed from the agents' own diary and the real Bitget tape by a public route โ€” nothing here is typed in โ€” and the diary's hash chain is verified by your browser, not taken on trust.

The score

Paper trading since 20 Sep. Agents whose contract Bitget's demo exchange lists execute there, with real order ids; the rest are simulated at the bar close.

What the risk layer was worth

Every time a risk layer overruled a pet โ€” cut a position, or refused or shrank a buy โ€” the trade that did not happen is marked to market 24 hours later, funding included. A buy refused again before anything changes is the same missed trade, so it counts once. Saved is what ignoring it would have lost. It is allowed to come out negative, and sometimes does.

The model against its own fixed-rule twin

Each pet replayed on its personality's fixed rules alone โ€” same stock, starting equity and bars โ€” from its first hourly mark. The gap is what the model's judgement added. The live pets ran older code in their first days, so this compares them with today's rules.

Pinky promises

Every buy the model makes comes with a thesis, a target that would prove it right, a stop that would prove it wrong โ€” enforced, except for Diamond Hands, which never sells on price โ€” and a deadline. Each is graded by whichever comes first, from rows in the hash-chained diary, so the record cannot be tidied afterwards.

No promises yet. Promises started on 30 Sep; the first is written the next time a model decides to buy.

The kennel breaker

Each owner's pets together: 3% down on the day stops new risk until tomorrow; 8% below the high-water mark cuts every pet to 1ร— for up to 24 hours; total exposure is capped at 3ร— equity; and the owner can pull a kill switch.

The diary is a hash chain

Every row the worker writes carries sha256 of the previous row's hash and itself. Edit, drop or reorder one and every link after it fails. This button fetches the public rows and recomputes every link here, in your browser.

Or from a terminal: npm run verify. The mirror at neromtoobad.github.io/kibble keeps an hourly copy.

Why did it do that?

The last model decisions: what the pet read, what it chose and how sure it was, what its mandate did about it, and what the exchange filled.
